A Cardiff based Manufacturer is seeking to add an additional HR Advisor to their established HR team. Our client is seeking an experienced HR generalist with well-tuned Employee Relations skills. The HR Advisor will be working within a HR Team and reporting to the HR Manager. You will be liaising with employees at all levels, so it is imperative you possess exceptional communication skills.
It would be advantageous if the HR Advisor has worked within a manufacturing environment previously and proven experience of working closely with Trade Unions. This is fast paced, ever changing working environment so we are seeking an effective Change Manager.
To act as first point of contact for Management and employees on a wide range of employment related matters across all departments. The HR Advisor will be responsible for providing high quality generalist HR support and being an active partner in business projects.

Working Hours: Monday-Friday 38.75 hours per week with a 1:30pm finish on a Friday
