Office Manager FTC Contract

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager/ PA for a fixed term contract to commence mid November. This is an extremely varied role where advanced IT skills, including PowerPoint and Word are paramount. You will benefit from well appointed offices, on-site parking and good company benefits. You will be working within a friendly team where effective communication skills are crucial as you will be liaising with various internal colleagues and third-party clients.

You will be managing two employees who are also part of the administrative team so managerial/ supervisory experience is a non-negotiable.

This is a Fixed term contract appointment for approximately 9-12 months.

Office Manager duties and responsibilities:

  • PA to Chief Executive
  • Preparing PowerPoint presentations
  • Liaising with third party contractors and suppliers
  • Working closely with the Marketing department and assisting to prepare documentation
  • Diary and travel arrangements
  • Managing two employees and undertaking monthly 1-2-1’s
  • Undertaking administrative duties
  • Covering the Reception area as and when required
  • Email management
  • Facilities management

Working Hours; Monday-Friday 37.5 hours per week (flexibility on start and finish times)
