HR Advisor Permanent

A great opportunity has arisenĀ for an experienced HR Advisor working within a visionary manufacturing environment. This is true HR generalist position providing front line HR support to all levels across the business. The HR Advisor will be working closely with the HR Manager and have a track record in coaching leaders on performance management, recruitment and absence management.

To be considered for the HR Advisor opportunity you need to have worked within a manufacturing, engineering or construction environment previously in a HR advisory capacity. It would be advantageous if you are fully or part CIPD qualified.

HR Advisor duties and responsibilities;

  • Recruitment, new starter programmes and on-boarding activities.
  • Work closely with Managers and provide support regarding recruitment, performance management and absence management.
  • Performance management.
  • Absence management.
  • Attend disciplinary investigations.
  • Occupational health reviews.
  • Handle confidential employee information and update HR databases.
  • Gather and analyse HR data for monthly management reporting.
  • Attend meetings and take minutes.
  • Identify new approaches to apply to current HR policies and processes.

 

Working Hours; 38 hours per week, with a 2:00pm finish on a Friday.
