A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Advisor working within a visionary manufacturing environment. This is true HR generalist position providing front line HR support to all levels across the business. The HR Advisor will be working closely with the HR Manager and have a track record in coaching leaders on performance management, recruitment and absence management.
To be considered for the HR Advisor opportunity you need to have worked within a manufacturing, engineering or construction environment previously in a HR advisory capacity. It would be advantageous if you are fully or part CIPD qualified.

Working Hours; 38 hours per week, with a 2:00pm finish on a Friday.
