An award-winning Accountancy practice is seeking a Partner to join their established team. This is a key leadership position and would suit a confident Manager who craves additional responsibilities. Candidacy will be considered from ACA/ACCA exam qualified Accountants with Agricultural experience.
This role would be the natural next step for a Manager who feels they have hit that “glass ceiling”! There is lots of growth potential for this position, which in turn would transpire into further financial benefits.
The Partner will be responsible for a client portfolio incorporating agricultural, corporate, and individual clients. The successful candidate will be involved in the management team, attend Partner and Partner/Manager meetings to assess the strategic running of the business.
To be considered for this opportunity you do need to have gained previous managerial experience in an Accountancy Practice coupled with farming experience.

Working Hours: Monday-Friday 37 hours per week.
